The first step for interested applicants is to submit a Letter of Intent (LOI) to the Foundation regarding their research project. LOIs may be submitted at any time but are not sent for review until after the grant cycle deadline.
Consideration will only be given to projects that:
- Conduct research to develop or enhance treatments and cures for Krabbe disease and Cystic Fibrosis.
- Promote education and awareness for the expansion of Newborn Screening, Krabbe disease, and Cystic Fibrosis; benefiting children with the increased probability of early identification and effective access to treatment.
